"We recognise that we are a paper-based product so we try our utmost wherever possible to limit impact to the environment. Our stocks are selected based on their environmental impact (eg recycled coffee cups) and we make them to last - our hope is that they are treasured forever. Our packaging is also sourced carefully for its sustainability properties. This is a work in progress for us and we will continue to uncover better ways of minimising any environmental impact. We're not perfect, but we are certainly trying to be."
